Hi, I'm Apoorva Giridharan, pursuing B.Com at Jain University. I am placed at Ernst & Young, Global Delivery Services (EY-GDS) as a Tax Analyst. It was a structured interview process, first we had online test, where questions were based on mathematics, accounts and finance. Then it was personal interview followed by the technical round which was related to our roles and responsibilities in the company and how to connect it with our theoretical knowledge.

Jain University is known for its placement opportunities. The placement cell provided sample questions and mock interview sessions which helped us to crack the interview. I failed my first interview and was very upset, but the placement cell motivated and supported me to put my foot forward to the next interview, that was EY-GDS.

I would recommend as many people as I can to join Jain University. Not only about the placements, but also co-curricular activities, the kind of teaching, exposure and everything else is on a whole new level that you really need to experience. For the students who are waiting for their placements, I would suggest that you need to be calm and focused. The more communicative and confident you are, the better chances you have to get through into the company.

I am Bhavana studying B.Com third year at Jain University. I've been placed in Wipro as a Financial Analyst. In the interview, the questions were mainly about my personality, my involvement in extra-curricular activities and some technical related about accountancy and finance.

Jain University and its placement cell has helped me to crack the interview processes. The placement cell conducted training sessions on aptitude test and also mock interviews.

To the aspiring students, I would suggest to never give up. There are 'n' number of companies that come for placements. Be confident and get involved in extra-curricular activities, as that is what the companies look for.

I would highly recommend Jain University, because it has given me a lot of exposure. It's not just about the quality of education you get here, but also the various forums you get involved and I was a part of the literary club.

I am Siddharth, studying in third year B.Com at Jain University. I'm placed at Northern Trust as a Financial Analyst. Jain University and its placement cell have helped me a lot in cracking every interview process. I have attended for around four to five companies before being placed at Northern Trust. We were trained to solve sample questions for aptitude, HR process, and the technical rounds.

Northern Trust had four round of interview process. The first was aptitude test followed by group discussion, HR round and the technical round.

To those aspiring friends who are still looking for placements, the only thing I would like to say is, never give up. Because, a few of my friends who attended seven to eight companies and rejected, were finally got placed into those companies which were highly difficult to get through.

I would like to recommend Jain University to my friends or family members because their supportive nature and the friendly environment that they build around us is amazing. You can explore yourself as you will be involved in many activities which helps your professional and personal growth.

Jain University and the placement forum has always been supportive and helped us to prepare for the interviews. They trained us to solve the sample questions that were asked in previous interviews which helped us to attain good results.

Candidates who are waiting to get placed, I would like to suggest to be confident, well-prepared and well-dressed. Jain University is one of the best universities in Bangalore, because it's an ocean full of opportunities, be it sports, academics or cultural activities. I would recommend it to every student I know.

I am Vignesh, pursuing my third-year B.Com at Jain University. I got placed at Ernst & Young, Global Delivery Services (EY-GDS) as a Tax Analyst. I got through a PPO, that's pre-placement offer because I did my internship at EY-GDS as tax analyst, and I got my offer letter as soon as internship was completed. There were three rounds to get through the internship interview, the first was aptitude followed by the technical round and the HR round.

Jain University helped me in various ways. They helped me get over my stage-fear as I was made to publish many research papers and presentations which gave me the confidence to overcome the difficulties in my interview. I would definitely refer Jain University to my juniors and my fellow friends as they gave me the exposure that any student in Bangalore would need.

My advice to the aspiring students is not to give up after the first few failures. The first few rounds of interviews will be difficult. Always keep learning from your past experiences and mistakes and you'll become the best.

I am Ralph pursuing B.Com certified program in Banking and Finance. I am placed at Deloitte as a Project Controller. The interview had four rounds. It started with aptitude round followed by group discussion, technical interview, and versant test.

The aptitude test contained logical and mathematical reasoning. In the group discussion, we were divided into groups and asked to speak on given topics. In technical round questions were based on accounts and finance. The final round was the versant test where my communication skills were tested.

Jain University has always been encouraging. It has given everyone the opportunity to explore themselves and grow. Not just individually but professionally, it gives you the opportunity to understand how corporates work and the environment they have around them. My suggestion to the students of Jain University is not to lose hope when you get rejected in the interview, because the opportunities that are around you are ample and you will have constant support from the placement cell at Jain University.

I am Ranjini, studying B.Com final year. I have been placed at Robert Bosch as a Financial Accountant in the Accounts Payable Process. There were four rounds of interview with a written test, technical interview, manager round and HR round. Written test questions was based on Finance, Accounts, Mathematics and MS-Excel. Technical interview was based on income tax and accounts. In Manager round, I was asked about myself and my interests. In HR round they explained about the company and briefed about my job role.

Jain University has helped me a lot to get through the interview. Many mock interviews helped me to gain confidence and correct myself where I was wrong. The placement cell has given me many opportunities of attending many interviews.

My advice to aspiring students would be that they should have confidence and never lose hope, because if not the first, there are many other companies. I would recommend Jain University to many people because it not only gives opportunities in academics but also in other co-curricular and sports activities. It encourages us in all the fields.
